Free phone consultation
First, you'll set up a free consultation via email. During the consultation, we'll discuss your goals, any past injuries, and what types of fitness you enjoy.
Free training session
After your consultation, you'll get a free training session and assessment. This is where you'll get a taste of what you would be doing going forward.
Continue your program
Lastly, you just need to be consistent and keep working towards your goals. We're in this together and I'll be there with you every step of the way.
